By accessing or utilizing any software tools, browser utilities, color harmonizers, and image processing modules made available via breezyhubbackstage.autos (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Breezybackstage Creative Systems LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing our tools, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent, and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights Over Processed Media

You retain 100% full, exclusive ownership and intellectual property rights over any and all images, color palettes, vector files, and media processed through our client-side software. Breezybackstage Creative Systems LLC makes zero claim of ownership, license, or distribution rights over your content.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the web application's client-side JavaScript execution bundles.
Deploying automated scrapers, bots, or spiders that cause abnormal load on site hosting infrastructure.
Using the tools to process unlawful, defamatory, or infringing materials in violation of state or federal laws.

4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all associated image processing scripts are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Breezybackstage Creative Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, corrupted file exports, or browser rendering discrepancies.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
